About the Irvine Public Schools Foundation (IPSF):

The Irvine Public Schools Foundation (IPSF) envisions a world-class education for all children.  IPSF is a private, nonprofit organization founded in 1996 to raise funds to lessen the impact of budget reductions on Irvine’s schools and their students.  IPSF works closely with the Irvine Unified School District (IUSD) to determine the most strategic use of funds.  Since 1996, IPSF has supported IUSD by providing more than $40 million in both grants & donations to support improved classroom learning, science, technology, music instruction, health services and other programs that provide enrichment to all students.  Simply put, the mission of IPSF is to enrich the educational experience of each child in every school.  IPSF achieves this by providing programs, raising funds, and uniting the community in support of educational excellence.
