The Reaching for the Cure Run & Ride is one of Orange County's family favorite community and fundraising event for pediatric cancer. For serious runners, casual joggers and walkers, cyclists, volunteers and spectators in Southern California, this 2-day charity event funds research that will help find a cure for children's cancer. Join over 7,000 participants for our 16th consecutive year and discover with every step forward the power you have to make an impact on our future generations. With a new home at Irvine Valley College and a new date in March, 2014 this event is poised to be an incredible step forward!
With options for all fitness levels, everyone will find an event to suit their goals. Enjoy Southern California weather and the beautiful scenery on courses that feature Irvine's beautiful paths, parks, and neighborhoods. Top racers in all age groups compete for finisher prizes. Highlights of the finish line expo include food, goodies, and free giveaways. The Kids' Fun Zone features a petting zoo, rock climbing wall, video game truck, bounce houses galore, face painting, and much more! The adults can stop by the popular Gold Ribbon Reception for a cold beverage after the race.

* Registration will close 15 min prior to each event.
LOCATION: Irvine Valley College. Registration/Packet Pick Up and Finish Line Expo will be held on the campus soccer fields.

Earn a Brick!
For any participant who bikes in any distance bike tour and runs or walks in any Sunday Event will earn a special PCRF brick award. A brick is a term borrowed from triathlons and refers to someone who completes two activities back to back.
