She will be completing her first Full Marathon this March 2015 and is looking forward to completing the her first Trail Race with Renegade this summer. As much as she likes running by herself she can also be seen pushing her son in the jogger for both training runs and races. When not racing or running Valerie enjoys a good workout, photography, Pinterest and food. She is also wanting to learn more on cycling and swimming in hopes to complete a Triathlon one day.

Bill, from Chino, Ca has been in the cycling scene for 22 years since age 12, and has since picked up running and triathlon/duathlon competitions 3 years ago. In the response to social media athletes seeking guidance and support, he and a few others created the group, #FurtherFasterForever "F3". If Bill is not hanging out with his wife or gone hiking with his 3 kids, you may find him out on the race circuit either participating in or cheering others on at various disciplines. His favorite race distances to participate in are half marathons, Olympic tri/duathlons, Criterium short course and is also training for Ironman Oceanside 70.3 (Mar. 2014).

Started running in March 2009 with the 6 Tunnels to Hoover Dam 5k outside of Las Vegas. Have since completed countless 5k and 10k races as well as half marathon number 57 by the end of 2014 (with 17 different states represented). Have also competed in multiple 2 mile and 5 mile events, as well as a 13k, 9k, 17k, quarter marathon and 7 miler. Completed first full marathon in March 2013 and first 50k ultra event in March 2014, as well as a 6 hour event in June 2014 and a double 8k event. Also have a love of photography, roller coasters, trails for fun and visiting historical Americana.

Veronica started running in the fall of 2009 in an effort to get back in shape after a serious ankle injury and ended up with a passion for hitting the pavement. A New England native, Veronica has run in snow, rain, sleet, and frigid temperatures but very much prefers running in the sunshine along the Pacific Ocean no matter the season. When not running roads and trails, Veronica can be found running a small business -- a graphic design studio in Seal Beach -- and serving on the board of the nonprofit Girls on the Run Orange County. Her favorite race distance is the 10K, and she is increasingly becoming somewhat of a running purist: she hates the treadmill and never runs with headphones. Keep up with what’s happening on Veronica’s running and fitness blog at lifestooshorttowearbeige.

Heather Gonzalez is a mom, wife, runner, and triathlete from Irvine, CA. Heather began running out of jealousy - her friend was running the Disney Princess Half Marathon, and she wanted to go, too. She ran her first mile in October, 2010, and has run 15 half marathons, 5 marathons, and 2 overnight relays since. When she's not wrangling kids or fighting LA traffic, Heather can be found watching bad TV on the treadmill, running the OC hills, or cooking in her tiny kitchen. In 2011, her youngest daughter, Gabby, was diagnosed with leukemia. Since then, Heather has been active in the pediatric cancer awareness community, and has raised over $15,000 for Team Gab and Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation.

Heather tweets (A LOT) at @hmgiraffy, and blogs (sometimes) at 365awesomedays.

Nadia has completed over 100 marathons, 50 half marathons, 7 ultras, and 3 Ironman triathlons, frequently in the top of her age group or top women.
Nadia has been a high school Biology educator for eight years, running coach, personal trainer, and also works as a marketing consultant. She shares the passion of fitness, health, and education with her family and friends, and hopes to continue to encourage others to seek their goals and passions.

Father of 4 daughters, mud runner, trail runner, Death Racer, Fuego y Agua Survival Runner, and avid camper, hiker and backpacker.

Mahesh Sethuraman lives in Irvine, California, where he is a computer software/solution architect and works with super-smart computer nerds. After his boyfriend got him running 5Ks in early 2016, Mahesh fell in love with both him and running. In his personal time, he loves running with the Snail’s Pace/South Coast RoadRunners/Endurance House running groups. Since his first 5k in April 2016, he has run 9 half marathons and several 5ks and trail runs. You can find him online at his blog Run | Roll | Rest | Repeat - My quest to Run
